Tubing and half-tubing

Zerust®Excor® VALENO® tubing and half-tubing is a cost-effective and versatile protection against corrosion damage. It’s available in rolls that are often used as source for welding of bags. Width of tubing (or half-tubing): 30 mm – 3000 mm (and other on request), thickness: 50 – 200 µm.

Zerust®Excor® VALENO® tubing and half-tubing is available in four types:

• Type – E – yellow film – protection against corrosion damage for ferrous metals, such as iron, steel or cast iron.
• Type – NE(c) – blue film – protection against corrosion damage for non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum, copper, brass and bronze.
• Type – MM – green film – protection against corrosion damage for parts that contain combinations of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• Type – A – contains special corrosion inhibing technology for all metals – use after consultation.

VALENO films

Flat Film

Zerust®Excor® VALENO® film is a cost-effective and versatile protection against corrosion damage. Film is available in sheets or in rolls. Available in widths: 60 mm – 6000 mm (and other on request), thickness: 50 – 200 µm.

Zerust®Excor® VALENO film is available in four types:

• Type – E – yellow film – protection against corrosion damage for ferrous metals, such as iron, steel or cast iron.
• Type – NE(c) – blue film – protection against corrosion damage for non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum, copper, brass and bronze.
• Type – MM – green film – protection against corrosion damage for parts that contain combinations of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• Type – A – contains special corrosion inhibing technology for all metals – use after consultation.

Bags

Zerust®Excor® VALENO® standard and customized VCI bags and sacks in sizes varying from the smallest to EuroPallet and larger ones. Could be delivered by pieces or perforated on roll, possibly with sticky tape, gusset and other variations.

VALENO films

CAMPO®

The transport and storage of large corrosion-sensitive merchandise in the open air calls for special protective measures.

The multifunctional VALENO® CAMPO® film developed by EXCOR® possesses all the properties necessary, combining as it does corrosion protection with the barrier properties of a coextrusion shrink film. VALENO® CAMPO® comprises an inner layer with EXCOR® VCI corrosion protection, a central barrier layer to prevent water vapour from penetrating and an outer layer providing UV stabilisation.

VALENO® CAMPO® film is available in two types:

• VCI Free – with no VCI incorporated into inner layer
• Type – E – yellow film – protection against corrosion damage for ferrous metals, such as iron, steel or cast iron.
• Other protection types available on request

Bubble film

Zerust®Excor® VALENO® Bubble Film is a flexible, light and highly cushioning packaging material with active corrosion protection due to ZERUST®EXCOR® VCI. It protects metal surfaces during transport against corrosion and the air bubbles prevent the goods from mechanical damage.

• Type – E – yellow film – protection against corrosion damage for ferrous metals, such as iron, steel or cast iron.

VALENO films

Strech film

Zerust®Excor® VALENO® stretch film is a safe corrosion protection method when tight packaging is needed. Can be produced in requested size and thickness, standard is:

• roll width: 500 mm, thickness: 30 µm (3 kg on roll for hand-stretching)
• roll width: 500 mm, thickness: 30 µm (16, 6kg on roll for machine-stretching)
