Zerust®Excor® Natur-VCI ™ is an internationally certified fully biodegradable and compostable packaging material containing volatile corrosion inhibitors (VCI), which protects metal parts from rust and corrosion during transport and short-term storage. Zerust®Excor® Natur-VCI™ products with a thickness of 60 microns or less pass the NACE Standard TM0208 VCI corrosion protection test and also meet international standards for compostable plastics, including ASTM D6400, EN 13432 and are certified by TÜV Austria.
Protects ferrous metals (steel, iron and alloys) and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass, bronze and zinc) for up to 6 months.
This product is intended for disposal in industrial composting equipment. Do not dispose together with common plastics! Composting in non-industrial composting plants can lead to longer decomposition times.
